Why an AMC Pays for Itself
Air conditioning in Kerala runs most of the year, in high humidity, with a monsoon season that puts dust and organic matter through every coil in the building. Systems degrade whether or not anyone is watching.
What neglect actually costs
- A dirty condenser coil forces the compressor to work against higher head pressure. Power consumption climbs steadily and the occupants notice nothing until the bill arrives.
- A clogged filter starves airflow across the evaporator, drops coil temperature, and in the worst case ices the coil over — at which point cooling stops entirely.
- A blocked drain overflows into the false ceiling. The AC repair is minor; the ceiling, the paint and whatever was underneath are not.
- A slow refrigerant leak goes undetected until the compressor has run undercharged long enough to damage itself. A compressor replacement costs many times an annual contract.
Preventive service catches all four before they become failures.

Comprehensive AMC
Labour and parts included. Preferred where equipment is ageing, or where a failure carries a real business cost.
Non-Comprehensive AMC
Labour and scheduled service included; parts charged at cost on approval. Suits newer installations still under manufacturer warranty.
We price per system and per site, based on equipment type, quantity, age and access. No fixed slab, no hidden charges.
For Commercial Clients
For offices, showrooms, hospitals, auditoriums and study centres, we schedule service outside your operating hours where required, maintain equipment history per unit, and give you a single point of contact rather than a call centre queue.
We currently maintain systems for auditoriums, showrooms, fitness centres, hospitals and educational institutions across central Kerala.
