Windsway Air Systems handles turnkey commercial air conditioning across Kerala. We are an authorised dealer for Fujitsu General, Carrier and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, based in Chembukavu, Thrissur, mobilising for projects statewide.
A commercial HVAC project is not a scaled-up residential job. It involves load calculation against a real building envelope, duct design to SMACNA standard, coordination with the electrical and civil contractors, false ceiling clash resolution, and a commissioning process that has to satisfy the consultant and the client's facility team. We work to that standard.
What We Handle
Design
Heat load calculation using the CLTD method, equipment selection, duct sizing and routing, External Static Pressure calculation, grille and diffuser selection with throw and ADPI verification, and fresh air and ventilation design per ASHRAE 62.1. Where a project requires it, we produce a full Basis of Design document.
Supply
Genuine equipment through our Fujitsu General, Carrier and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries dealerships — full manufacturer warranty. We also supply Daikin, Toshiba and Panasonic. GI sheet, insulation, grilles, diffusers, dampers and accessories.
Ducting
In-house GI duct fabrication to SMACNA gauge standards, Aeroflex insulation, supports and hangers, installation and sealing.
Installation & Commissioning
Refrigerant piping, equipment mounting, drain systems, electrical termination, pressure testing, vacuum, charging and documented commissioning.
Maintenance
Annual Maintenance Contracts with scheduled preventive service and priority breakdown response.

Working With Architects & Contractors
We regularly work alongside architects, interior contractors and PMC teams from the design stage onward. If you are at concept or tender stage, we can provide indicative tonnage, a Basis of Design, and a budgetary estimate before you finalise ceiling heights and service routing.
That is considerably cheaper than discovering the duct will not fit after the ceiling grid is already up.
